hi, we're Richard & Roxy.
What started as a spontaneous “hey, this camera is kinda fun” in early 2020 turned into our absolute favourite obsession: capturing love stories and turning them into pieces of art. So, it was only logical that whilst the world went upside down and everyone hoarded toilet paper, we bought a new camera.
Since then, our cameras have followed us everywhere – across untamed Umbrian hills, through quiet evening strolls, and to way too many laughter-filled evenings with the people we love. At some point we photographed our very first wedding … and let’s just say: we were hooked. Hard.
Turns out, documenting love is addictive.
Today, we focus entirely on weddings and elopements across Europe – big celebrations, tiny secret ceremonies, all the nervous giggles, happy tears, and dance floor chaos in between. We’re here for the real stuff: the looks that say everything, the hugs that last a little longer, the moments you didn’t even realize were happening.
Our philosophy
If it’s honest, if it feels like you, if it makes your heart go “yep, that’s us” – then it deserves to be conserved for forever.
We believe in diversity, transparency, kindness, and treating nature and animals with respect. And we believe that your love story deserves to be told in a way that feels authentic, timeless and artistic.
Meet Richard
- Richard is the guy who somehow knows the answer to every technical question. If there were a world championship in “analysing situations in 0.2 seconds,” he’d medal.
- Despite his supercomputer brain, he’s our team’s calm anchor. Crisis? Problem? Mild panic? Richard already has three solutions ready to go.
- He’s funny, quick-witted, and just the right amount of sarcastic (the charming, harmless type).
- Go sport! Will chase balls for no reason.
- Certified nerd. Loves computer games. Loves our cat Knödl (“Dumpling”) even more. Honestly, he’d probably pick him as his gaming partner if he had opposable thumbs.
- When he’s not behind a camera, you’ll find him happily woodworking or trying to convince Knödl to stop indulging in the sawdust
Meet Roxy
- Roxy has approximately 30 ideas per minute and believes that if an idea exists, there must also be a way to make it happen. Saying “impossible” in front of her is basically a challenge.
- She’s the heart of our team – empathetic, intuitive, and somehow always able to sense the subtle, quiet emotions happening between people.
- As a hopeless romantic, she cries during edits … every. single. time. (happy tears only.)
- Antique markets are her natural habitat. I usually follow behind, gently whispering, “No, we don’t need another one as a prop,” while she hugs a 19th-century candleholder like a long-lost friend.
- Outside of weddings, Roxy lives to create emotional and artistic self portraits. She will literally brave a blizzard to get the perfect shot.
- Convicted helicopter cat mum. Yes, the cat again. We’re aware. It’s a whole thing.
Together
We balance each other out: calm and chaos, logic and wild ideas.
And somewhere in between all that, we found what we love most – telling your love story the way it feels, not just the way it looks.
